For sale a complete line for cable recycling based on the Stokkermill 3000 Turbo, equipped with a pre-shredder and material transport system.

The line is designed for the preliminary crushing of cables, granulation and mechanical separation of copper and aluminum from insulation.

The technological process:

cable → pre-shredder → material transport → granulation → turbo mill → metal separation from insulation

The pre-shredder allows for preliminary fragmentation of larger and tougher wires before supplying the material to the granulator, limiting the need for manual preparation of the cable.

The line is intended for processing, among others, copper and aluminum cables, electrical cables, installation cables and other cable fractions.

The final product of the process is a separate fraction of metal — copper or aluminum — and a fraction of insulation.

According to the current owner, the line is in good technical condition and can be presented during work.
